RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At MyRootSpa, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURNS

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Include proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, used personal care products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Used personal care products
• Items damaged through misuse
• Products returned more than 30 days after delivery

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

We will provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

LOST PACKAGES

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
